About the Artist
Schuyler Burke is a soft pastel artist whose work centers on landscapes inspired by the natural world. Through natural colors and atmosphere, her work invites viewers to stop and take notice of the small, often overlooked moments that collectively shape lived experience.
With the belief that love underlies all things, her practice explores interconnectedness, between land and emotion, stillness and movement, detail and whole. Each piece functions as observation and reflection, highlighting presence, care, and love for your surroundings.
Burke earned a Fine Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2025. During her time at UT, she worked for The Daily Texan as an Illustration Coordinator, where she collaborated with artists and editors to guide visual storytelling for the opinion column. She continues to develop her practice with a focus on landscape as a space for contemplation and meaning.
